4. Disclosure of Personal Information

We share personal information only as necessary to provide our services with the following third-party providers:

All third-party providers are required to handle personal information securely. We do not authorise any third party to use personal information for their own purposes.

5. Storage and Security

Personal information is stored in encrypted databases managed by Supabase. We implement industry-standard security measures including role-based access controls, HTTPS encrypted connections, and regular security reviews. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

In the event of a data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected parties in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as the Client's account is active. Upon cancellation, we retain data for fourteen (14) days during which the Client may request an export. After this period, data is permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.

8. SMS Opt-Out

End customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-out requests will be processed promptly and no further messages will be sent.

9. Complaints

Complaints may be lodged at hello@staywarm.app. We will acknowledge within five (5) business days and aim to resolve within thirty (30) days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify Clients of material changes via email or notice within the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
